1.1 Eligibility:
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
1.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, along with the RA number clearly written on the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

1.3 Refund Options:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
- If you are eligible for a refund, but received the item(s) as a gift, the refund will be processed as store credit.
- Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
